International Returns & Exchanges Policy

If your order isn’t exactly what you expected, we offer a simple and customer-friendly international return and exchange process.

Returns & Exchanges (14 Days)

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the delivery date for all international orders.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of odors and makeup, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Refund Options

You may choose one of the following:

1. Refund to Original Payment Method

Your refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse.

2. Store Credit (No Expiration)

Receive a Nelblu digital credit for the full value of the returned item, with no expiration date, redeemable on any future purchase at nelblu.co

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges (Size Changes)

If you need a different size, we are happy to assist.
Size exchanges are accepted subject to stock availability.

Internal handling of the exchange is free of charge; the customer is responsible only for the return shipping.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at wholesale@nelbluswimwear.com with your order number.

2. Let us know whether you prefer a refund, store credit, or size exchange.

3. You will receive instructions on how to send back your item.

4. Once received and approved, we will process your request.

Processing times may vary depending on the country and the shipment method used for the return.
Refunds may take several business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
